Rising Egyptian actor, Ahmed Dash appeared Wednesday as a guest star on Marvel's series "Moon Knight".

Dash starred in the third episode of the series, which took place in Cairo, and saw Mark Spector (Oscar Isaac) sabotaging religious zealot and cult leader Arthur Harrow's plan to revive the Egyptian goddess Ammit.

Dash played one of Harrow's henchmen who lost a fight against Spector and chose to commit suicide over telling him Harrow's location.

“Moon Knight” debuted last month and centered around Spector, a former U.S. marine with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), who takes on the powers of an Egyptian moon god and subsequently takes up the vigilante moniker of Moon Knight.

The series also features Ethan Hawke as the series antagonist.

Spector is from the United States in the original comic books. The character made its debut in Issue 32 of Werewolf by Night in August 1975.

The series is produced by Marvel studio boss Kevin Feige, along with Tommy Turtle and Jeremy Slater.

Egyptian filmmaker Mohamed Diab directed the upcoming series along with Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead.
