AFCON 2023: Get to Know Day 9 Results, Day 10 Contests

Today, the tenth day of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations is taking place. The games of the final rounds of the group stage for Groups A, and B will take place.

Group A contests will take place at 7 pm (Cairo time). Ivory Coast will face Equatorial Guinea, while Guinea Bissau will collide against Nigeria.

The standings of Group A before the beginning of the final round games are as follows:

Equatorial Guinea (4 Points)

Nigeria (4 Points)

Ivory Coast (3 Points)

Guinea Bissau (0 Points)

The Group B games will take place at 10 pm as Mozambique will face Ghana, and Egypt will face Cape Verde. 

The standings of Group B before the beginning of the final round games are as follows:

Cape Verde (6 Points)

Egypt (2 Points)

Ghana (1 Point)

Mozambique (1 Point)

Yesterday, the contests of Round 2 were resumed for Groups E and F.

Morocco and DR Congo had a 1-1 draw as well as Zambia and Tanzania.

On the other hand, South Africa thrashed Namibia 4-0.
