British singer-songwriter Adele confirmed her marriage to her sports agent fiance Rich Paul.
The couple has been the subject of plenty of rumors about their relationship, and the Hello hitmaker previously added fuel to the fire when she referred to Paul as her "Husband".
While the pair offered some clues along the way, now she’s said to have directly addressed the wedding speculation at best friend Alan Carr’s stand-up show. Two audience members claimed the singer confirmed the news during her pal’s comedy show in Los Angeles.
Speaking to Deuxmoi, one of the onlookers said: "I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience. Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted “I did”,".
Another member of the crowd added: ‘When he asked if anyone got married recently she yelled: “I did”. Super cute all around and was super sweet but dipped right before it ended,".
Meanwhile, another person took to X to say their girlfriend was at the show and made the same claim.
In a screenshot of their messages, the fan’s partner wrote: She was at a comedy show in LA and he asked if anyone got married recently and she said “I did”,".
Responding to a follower, the social media user wrote: "Welp she was at his show and said she got married 😂 maybe she was joking I dunno. Hard to know without being there but my gf said she said it pretty serious."
Adele recently referred to herself as Rich’s ‘wife’ while talking about how she’s not a fan of American football despite him being a top sports agent.
The couple has been dating since 2021. Adele and Rich went public with their relationship last summer after they were spotted watching game five of the NBA Finals between the Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks.
