Deputy Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein congratulated the Egyptian national football team after defeating Cameroon and advancing to the final of the African Nations Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Abou El-Enein said on his official Facebook page: "Congratulations to Egypt and its champions for the great victory in such a difficult match; due to a heroic performance, a fighting spirit, and a determination to win until the last moment."
The deputy speaker added: "The Egyptian national team are heroes who managed to overcome all difficult circumstances and challenges to make the Egyptians happy. Heroes who wrote a new history for Egyptian football in Africa.. a great victory.. and great joy.. and the happiness of the Egyptians with their children is great."
