Abla Fahita’s “Drama Queen” Consists of 6 Episodes

Netflix, the world's leading streaming entertainment service, announced recently that Season one of Abla Fahita‘s series “Drama Queen” will consist of six episodes.

The show is set to be distributed in more than 20 languages ​​across 190 countries around the globe in the first half of 2021.

“Drama Queen” is a Netflix Arabic original series that marks Abla Fahita’s first foray into the drama world.

The series stars Abla Fahita, her daughter Caro and her son Boudi, as well as Bassem Samra, Donia Maher, and Osama Abdalla.

“Drama Queen” is directed by Khaled Marei and written by Abla Fahita with the participation of Muhammad Al-Gamal, George Azmy, Dina Maher, Sarah Murad, and Mahmoud Ezzat.

The plot is set in an action-packed comedy-drama genre, that revolves around the pa as she goes on the run after being implicated in a crime. Separated from her children, Caro and Boudi, and shunned by society. The series follows the measures she takes to clear her name and return to her children.

The production of “Drama Queen” kicked off in early August 2020 in various locations in Cairo, amid health and safety measures, and wrapped filming in mid-October.
