The 5th edition of Sharm El Sheikh International Theatre Festival for Youth (SITFY), will take place from November 16-20; it will honor several theater stars in Egypt and the Arab world.
Hanan Motawie, Bayoumi Fouad, Kassem Istanbouli, and Islam Imam are among the honorees.
Motawie is set to receive the Youth shield of the Festival, while Fouad will be awarded the appreciation shield of veteran actress Samiha Ayoub, while Istanbouli will be honored as the best young Arab character for 2019, and Islam Imam will receive the best young Egyptian personality for 2019.
The 5th edition of SITFY will be held under the auspices of Culture Minister Enas Abdel Dayem, South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda, and the director of the International Theater Authority Institution Mohamed Saif Al Afkham.
