Anatoly Antonov, the Russian Ambassador in Washington said that the US authorities are blocking the Russian Embassy's work in the US.
"In fact, the embassy is facing a blockade from US government organizations," he added.
The Russian Ambassador noted that "Bank of America" closed the accounts of two Russian consulates general in Houston and New York.
"We received threats by phone and mail. Even the exit from the embassy was blocked for some time," he said.
