CAIRO, March 23 (SEE) - One of the most satisfactory dishes is Piccata which can be cooked either by meat or chicken. Here is the veal piccata’s recipe with its thick brown sauce and irresistible taste.
Ingredients
1 kilo veal chops
½ kilo fresh mushroom
1 cup cooking cream
1 big chopped onion
Salt, pepper and meat spices, as desired
1tsp paprika
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp powder onion
½ tsp powder garlic
Recipe
In a bowl, add veal chops to salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and meat spices and refrigerate for half an hour.
In a non-stick pan, add some butter with oil and heat chopped onion slightly, then add mushroom, garlic powder and flour.
After that, add veal chops and 1 cup of water, then turn heat down and leave until they are done.
As a last step, add cooking cream then leave all components boil till getting a thick sauce.
Present it with white rice and green salad.
