CAIRO, Dec. 16 (SEE)- The Swiss Club in Cairo celebrated the Christmas Fair 2018 on Friday. This is an annual event that takes place on the first or second Friday of December.
About 60 stands were there selling a wide range of products including: beauty products, bags, accessories, clothes, jewelry, Christmas decoration, souvenirs, toys, books, and food products. No more than three or four stands were selling the same item.
"For the first time, this year we made a Swiss corner, so the Swiss Embassy attended. Their stand was selling Swiss chocolate and was promoting for tourism in Switzerland. Also the Swiss club had a stand to help its members renew their memberships, get information about special events and activities," mentioned the club's manager Alvin J. Furrer.
Attendees enjoyed delicious food and had a nice social day out.
