CAIRO, Dec. 5 (SEE)- Foreign Affairs Minister Sameh Shoukri confirmed that the Arab Quartet has not seen any change in Qatar's position to re-establish the suspended relations.

In a joint press conference with his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi, Shoukri said that the Quartet monitored much antagonized moves beyond the idea of Arab cooperation and solidarity by Qatar through embracing extreme organizations and its leaders.

The minister added that Qatar is still trying to interfere in the internal affairs of the four countries, describing their positions as “not positive” with regard to Arab action.

In 2017, Egypt along the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain boycotted Qatar, accusing the tiny gulf country of shaking regional rest and supporting terrorism.
