CAIRO, Sept 23 (SEE) - Everybody suffers from bad breath even the people who always brush their teeth including the dentists themselves.

The bad breath had several reasons including the bacteria formed in teeth, gum, and tongue. Even the best toothbrushes could not reach all the accurate places inside the mouth where this bacteria is formed because of small food particles.

In the same time, fortunately, our mouths produce about 1.5 liters of saliva daily. This saliva helps in eliminating particles of the bacteria which toothbrushes fail to remove them.

Saliva contains minerals reforming tooth decay since childhood. It is also worthy to note that bacteria multiply in the mouth especially when the mouth is dry, a matter which causes the bad breath.

Onion and garlic may taste really good when included in some favorite dishes, but people eating these dishes are most likely pay the price after eating them. These two foods contribute to bad breath because they are high in sulfur-containing compounds.

Foods that can fight this unpleasant odor include; yogurt, lemon, raisin, mushroom, mulberry, coriander, celery, parsley, and cinnamon gum.
