CAIRO, Aug 31 (SEE) - If you are interested in acting or writing, you should prepare yourself to show your talent in front of New York Film Academy (NYFA), a non-profit film and acting school in New York City, which is due to come to Egypt on September 29.

The NYFA will hold auditions, portfolio reviews, and an information session.

The auditions and portfolio reviews provide applicants an opportunity to demonstrate their skills to admissions representatives in order to be eligible for a talent-based discount on their NYFA tuition.

The acting auditions requirements include preparing two contemporary, contrasting 60-90 second monologues from a published contemporary English language play or screenplay.

In order to partake in portfolio reviews for degree programs, applicants should submit creative samples which could include drawings, conceptual illustrations, short films, poetry, short stories, storyboards, designs, photographs, three-dimensional models, or digitally generated images.

The academy's information session also offers inpiduals an opportunity to learn about NYFA's programs, locations, and enrollment process.

You can apply on the academy's website: https://www.nyfa.edu/sm-landing/events/egypt.php?utm_source=Facebook%20PPC&utm_campaign=Event%20Egypt%20September%202017
