3 New Cultural Minarets Inaugurated in Luxor, Qena

CAIRO, Mar. 17 (SEE)-Within the last 48 hours, the Ministry of Culture added 3 cultural and artistic centers to the Egyptian cultural structure. The centres are: "Hod Al Remal palace" in Al Zeinya in Luxor , Qena Culture Palace "and "Al Akalta Culture House"."

The development and modernization system was completed when the Egyptian culture crossed the western bank in the city of Al-Qarna.

Dr. Enas Abdel-Dayem, the Governor of Luxor and Dr. Ahmed Awwad, head of the Culture Palace Organization inaugurated these three new cultural sites .

Abdel-Dayem said that the inauguration of "Al Akalta" Culture House is a continuation of the cultural promotion system in Luxor province. She added that now we can deliver the cultural service to the city of Al-Qarna on the West Bank in Luxor, to benefit 140.000 citizens.

The development, modernization and activation of institutions and cultural structures is done by preparing programs that include all forms and types of cultural, creative and intellectual branches for the talented youth. This is will be Egypt's weapon to confront extremism and destructive ideas in order to create a generation with promoted awareness and ability for a bright future.

It is worth mentioning that "Al Akalta" Culture House was built on 775 meters. It includes a children's library, a children's activity hall , a handicraft hall, a technology club, a bookstore and a public library .
