Jeep Gladiator Gets Better in 2020

Jeep  announced that all 4190 Gladiator launch Editions were sold out on April 4th, which was the only day that the special truck was available on order.The 2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition is based on a fully loaded Gladiator Rubicon model.

2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition is offered in Black, Bright White, Billet Silver Metallic, Firecracker Red and Granite Crystal Metallic, with a body-color hard top and an exclusive forged-aluminum tailgate badge as standard.Gladiator’s wheelbase might be a little bit long, but that comes with the Wrangler’s class-leading approach angle, which sees its front axle pushed as far forward as it will go.

Interior touches include a wrapped instrument panel in Monaco Silver and black leather seats with red accent stitching. The  Edition will also come with LED head- and taillights, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, a nine-speaker Alpine premium sound system, keyless entry, a front-facing TrailCam camera, and the full suite of nanny and driver-assistance features.

The four seats are usable and comfortable, with the Gladiator’s rear seats offering the same legroom as the Wrangler Unlimited.

The Gladiator pickup's base Sport model with the optional automatic transmission will start at $37,040, including shipping putting it well above competing nameplates such as; the Chevrolet Colorado and Toyota Tacoma which begin in the low to mid-$20,000s.

Gladiator Rubicon is the only vehicle in its segment that has factory rock rails on the cab and cargo bed, both designed to support the weight of the vehicle.
