Alia Abd El Aziz, an Egyptian and international fashion designer presents her latest women purses collection in Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019 in Italy.
In this event, Abd El Aziz is competing, by her made-in-Egypt high quality products, the most popular giants in the fashion design field like Louis Vuitton, Gucci and others.
Purse Fashion
The purse is a very important item that completes women’s elegance even if their outfits are very simple.
Abd El Aziz told (SEE) that purses’ latest trend for summer/ spring 2019 are embodied cuboid or round bags.
She introduced products made of natural Copra leather and natural leather printed in snake leather.
Regarding purse size, she said that small and very small ones; that can only carry a mobile phone and medal keys, are the most common for this year.
“Waist bags and needlework either on the bag itself or its hand are also among the latest fashion,” she clarified.
Purse Hand
Abd El Aziz presented every purse with 2 different designs for hands, one of them is long, the other is short and embroidered.
It’s worth mentioning that Abd El Aziz was born in Alexandria in Egypt and she worked first as architect, then started to design weddings’ decorations till the beginning of 2011.
2 years ago, she went in a summer vacation to EI Gouna and she couldn’t find a distinct sea bag in the market which drove her to design her first sea bag.
People were impressed by her unique bag, hence they asked her to design other bags for them and this was her beginning in the fashion design field.
After that, she designed another winter collection upon her friends’ requests.
In 2017, she participated in Canada Fashion Week and last year, she displayed her unique designs in Monte Carlo Fashion Week.
Now, she is the first Egyptian fashion designer to participate in Milan Fashion Week.
