Hawass Casts Ballot in Referendum on Constitutional Amendments

Well-known Egyptian archaeologist Dr. Zahi Hawass cast his vote in the referendum on constitutional amendments at the Orman secondary school in Agouza.

He described him as "Horemheb", a commander who saved Egypt after the period of Akhenaten and Tutankhamun.

The polling stations opened their door to eligible voters to cast their votes on the first day of the referendum in Egypt at 9 am, and lasts till 9 pm.

President Abdel Fatah El Sisi cast his ballot on the amendments at the school of the martyr Mustafa Yusri.

In the referendum, 61,344,503 voters are eligible to vote in 368 committees, including 10,878 polling stations and 13919 subcommittees for a period of three days.
