GUC holds its annual Suhoor

The German University in Cairo holds its annual ‘Suhoor’ night in one of the luxurious hotels under the auspices of Dr. Ashraf Mansour, Chairman of Borad of Trustees. The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of former cabinet members and governors and another of politicians, journalists and professors.

Among the attendees were Dr. Yasser Hegazy, GUC President, Dr. Hany Abaza, Under-secretary of the Education committee at the People’s assembly, Dr. Ashraf El-Sheehy, Former High Education minister, Lawyer Tharwat El-Kharabawy, Journalist Ahmed El-Meslemany. The list also included Dr. Magy El-Halawany, Former Dean of Faculty of Mass Communication in Cairo University, Dr. Hassan Emad Mekkawy, Professor at faculty of Mass-Com, and a number of Chief Editors for state and private newspapers.

The songs which were played in addition to the oriental band pleased the guests who seemed to have had fun time, took photos, exchanged talks on variety of issues including the General Secondary exams, new cabinet formation, and positive wished for the President Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi for the second term in office.
