CAIRO, Nov. 12 (SEE)- Egyptian Italian Master Chef Mossad Mohamed is arriving tomorrow in Cairo to hold a conference as a prelude to launching “Free Culinary Art Courses” initiative.

The first course will focus on Italian food and attendees will receive certificates.

Mossad, who is also known as “Mimo Roma,” said that this initiative stems from his desire to aid in eliminating unemployment in Egypt so as to make youth penetrate the local, Arab and international labor markets.

The master chef resided in Italy for 26 years, in which he was recognized as one of the best chefs in Europe and nominated to a Guinness Record for cooking the largest number of pasta dishes in different ways.

So, if you are interested head to the open hall at Cairo International Stadium on Wednesday, November 14 from 11 am to 5 pm.
