BELGRADE, SEPT 8 (SEE)- Egyptian Ambassador in Belgrade Amr Al-Jowaily met on Saturday with the National Basketball Team during a training camp in Serbia in preparation for the World Cup qualifiers under the chairmanship of Amr Aboul kheir and coach Sabri Abdel Nabi.
Al-Jowaily urged team captain Rami Junaidi and all the members to make every effort to benefit from the technical capabilities available in the camp to prepare for the upcoming qualifications.
Al-Jowaily revealed that a memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been finalized between the Ministries of Youth and Sports of Egypt and Serbia, indicating that its future entry into force will have a positive effect over increasing friendly matches, and exchange of trainers and technical expertise.
This comes as part of the embassy's activities to mark the 110th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
