CAIRO, March 3 (SEE) – EgyptAir is set to partake in the 2019 edition of (Internationale Tourismus-Börse Berlin) ITB Berlin, set to be held on Wednesday.
EgyptAir Airlines Chairman Ashraf el Khouly said: “The national carrier is interested in participating in such a great event to convey a comprehensive picture of EgyptAir’s efforts in modernizing its capabilities throughout the year by providing its latest offers and services around the world.”
“The partaking comes in conjunction with joining of six aircrafts of Boeing 787 Dreamliner to EgyptAir, as the first one will be delivered by the end of March,” Khouly pointed out.
The national flag carrier’s pavilion is being co-organized with the Egyptian Tourism Authority with the participation of large airlines, experts, and decision-makers from more than 187 states.
On the sideline of ITB, a delegation of the company will hold a number of meetings with the major tourism companies participating in the event to discuss increasing the number of incoming tourists visiting Egypt.
EgyptAir has 18 flights to Germany weekly; seven flights to Frankfurt and Munich and other four flights to Berlin. It is expected that Berlin’s flights would increase to five by June.
