Egypt participates in Indonesia Book Fair

JAKARTA, Sept 15 (SEE)- Egypt's Ambassador in Jakarta Amr Moawad inspected on Saturday the Egyptian pavilion at the Thirty-seventh Indonesia International Book Fair held on December 12-16 at the Jakarta Convention Center.

The Egyptian pavilion included books from perse cultural, civilizational, literary and scientific aspects. It also included the biographical books of Egyptian scholars and historians.

34 countries attended the exhibition including Egypt, Australia, China, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Morocco, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

The exhibition also hosts several cultural events and scientific seminars especially in the field of literacy, education, and culture.

Participation in the Fair enhances Egypt's soft power globally.
