CAIRO, Feb. 16 (SEE)- The exchange rate of six Arab and foreign currencies fell against the Egyptian Pound (EGP) this week.
According to data, the currencies fell between 1-29 piasters at the end of this week's trading.
The British sterling fell by 22 piasters at EGP 22.35 for the purchase price and EGP 22.65 for the sale, compared to EGP 22.56 and 22.87 in the preceding week.
The sale price of the euro also dropped 19 piasters to record EGP
19.67 for purchase and EGP 19.89 for sale, compared to EGP
19.87 and 20.08 last week.
The Kuwaiti dinar depreciated by 29 piasters recording EGP 57.53 for purchase and EGP 57.94 for sale.
The price of the Saudi riyal also dropped 2 piasters during this week's trading to record EGP 4.67 to buy and 4.70 for sale.
The UAE dirham (AED) also declined one piaster to record EGP 4.76 to buy rate and 4.79 for sale.
Falling 2 piasters, the Qatari riyal recorded EGP 4.54 at the purchase rate and EGP 4.83 at the sale.
