Barbie-like model to walk in Victoria's Secret fashion show

CAIRO Sept 10 (SEE): Australian-Sudanese model Dukie Thot whose Barbie-doll beauty caused a stir on social media will walk in Victoria Secret fashion show this year.

The 23-year-old model's real name is Nyadak. She started her modeling career when she was on the 2013 season of Australia’s Next Top Model.

Due to cyber-bulling Thot faced when she was 17, she decided to disappear from social media for 2 years. She used to be called cruel names because of her skin colour, but now she is stronger than ever.

“When I started listening to my own voice, that’s when things really started picking up for me," she said in an interview before.

She added, "You’ll always have people say negative things about you. what people think about you doesn’t define you."
