CAIRO, Feb.6. (SEE) – Audi unveiled lightly facelifted versions of the ''TT RS'' and ''TT RS Roadster'' as rumours circulate Audi is considering ending production of the entire TT line-up due to rapidly declining sales in key global markets and is scheduled to follow facelifted versions of its standard ''TT and TT Roadster into UK show rooms on April.

The changes to the facelifted ''TT RS'' and ''TT RS Roadster'' are subtle it include a lightly reworked front bumper and a modified wing element at the rear as well as there are new colour accents and an upgraded communication system.

''TT RS'' and ''TT RS Roadster'' continue to be powered by the same turbocharged 2.5-litre five-cylinder petrol engine as pre-facelifted models. It delivers 395bhp at 5850rpm and 354lb ft of torque between 1950 and 5850rpm.

The front air intakes have been made larger while the look of the rear wing has been tweaked too, that wing sits above a newly designed diffuser which lies in between large oval tailpipes.

UK prices for the updated TT RS Coupe and Roadster have yet to be announced though we expect them to be slightly higher than the £55,000 base price.
