Amr Warda Named Best Foreign Player of the Greek League

ATHENS, Feb.13 (SEE)-Egyptian football champion Amr Warda was named the Best Foreign Player for the 2017/2018 Greek Premier League.

The award came after a survey made by the Greek TV network Nova Sport.

Warda currently plays at the Egyptian national football team and the Greek club Atromitos which he joined in June 2017, coming on a loan transfer (that is scheduled to end at the end of the season) from PAOK Saloniki.

The Pharaoh had a great season and showed amazing performance with his team. Warda played at 23 games of the league, scoring eight goals, and assisting other seven.

In addition, at the Greek Cup tournament, he scored three goals in five matches.
