Abul-Enein Participates in 11th “Kuwaiti Week” in Egypt

CAIRO, Dec. 4 (SEE)- Egyptian businessman Mohamed Abul-Enein participated in the opening of the 11th Kuwaiti week, which was commenced by Egyptian Minister of Immigration and Foreign Affairs Nabila Makram this evening under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Medbouli.

More than 80 Kuwaiti and Egyptian entities representing the public and private sectors, a number of Kuwaiti-Egyptian joint companies, banks and media outlets take part in the exhibition.

Mr. Ahmed Ismail Behbehani, CEO of ‘AlJabriya for Exhibitions‘ said: "The Week is a huge economic event that brings together major Kuwaiti investors and representatives of the Egyptian and Kuwaiti business community and is particularly important in the strategic and vital cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of the strong historical relations that combine the two countries at the official and popular levels.”

He added that Egypt is embracing all its brothers for more investments in many fields such as tourism, media, real estate, roads, ports, education, health, communications and others, in addition to its excellent position and leading role in the region.

Behbehani pointed out that Kuwaiti investments in Egypt occupy a distinctive position and witnessed high growth rates in recent years, characterized by persification to include most areas of investment.

“Kuwait is a major market for Egyptian labor, and with its financial surpluses the country can be a source of investment in Egypt besides being a huge exporter,” concluded Behbehani.

‘Kuwaiti Week’ is an economic, investment, cultural and media activity. It is a real opportunity to shed light on the great progress achieved by the Kuwaiti institutions and bodies and the growth of the economic movement.

The inauguration was attended by a number of officials, public figures, Arab and Egyptian media personnels, celebrities and intellects.

Attendees included; former Minister of Local Development Ahmed Zaki Badr, Media Personnel Abdul Latif Al Manawi, Media Personnel Mohammed Mustafa Sherdi, Actresses Nehal Anbar and Lebleba and Actor Ahmed Bedair.
